Pumpkin Cheddar Cheese
Made with Muzhao black bean fermented sauce for a rich, savory flavor with layered depth.

Roselle Cranberry
Made with roselle from local farmers in Pingtung and cranberries, offering a refreshing sweet-and-tart balance.

Shizuoka Matcha Red Bean
Japanese Shizuoka matcha paired with Wandan red beans, creating a balanced tea aroma and gentle sweetness.

Caramel Macchiato
Deep-roasted coffee blended with caramel, creating a rich aroma with bittersweet notes.

Thickness: Approx. 1–2 cm
As each pastry is handmade, slight size differences may occur.

For a better texture, reheat in an oven at 110°C for 5–8 minutes before serving. This will make the pastry crisp on the outside and soft inside.

Please store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is recommended in hot or humid environments.

Kouka Flower Pastry is a delicate and fragile pastry. Delivery by home courier is recommended. For orders of more than 4 boxes, home delivery is required.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders for companies and corporate gifting are welcome. Special pricing is available for larger quantities.

Some packaging materials may use recycled cartons as part of our effort toward sustainability.
