Each drop of soy sauce paste undergoes a complex process, combining soy sauce made from black beans and yellow soybeans aged for over 120 days, with a golden ratio achieved through the grinding of natural glutinous rice.
After adding glutinous rice, it presents a natural color for the soy sauce paste, without using sweeteners or caramel coloring.
The golden ratio achieved by blending Muniang soy sauce with natural glutinous rice creates a taste that is both savory on the tongue and sweet in the throat, with a concentrated soybean aroma.
Storage Instructions: Free from pesticides, heavy metal residues, artificial caramel coloring, and sweeteners. Please refrigerate after opening.

Ingredients:
Non-GMO yellow soybeans, black beans, water, sugar, sea salt, glutinous rice, benzoic acid (preservative).
The paste is blended with natural glutinous rice. Due to the unstable weather (the humidity and the hot temperature) in Taiwan, the benzoic acid (preservative) is added as one of the ingredients. Yet, the amount added is within the food standards and can be emitted without any harm.
